Location. The St. Eugene Resort & Casino is located between the Purcell and the Kootenay Rocky Mountains near Cranbrook, British Columbia, Canada. Nearby attractions include four national parks and alpine ski hills.
Hotel Features. The resort's Les Furber designed golf course is etched into the property's rugged landscape and provides spectacular views of the St. Mary River and Fisher Peak. On site dining options include gourmet fare served at the Purcell Grill. Fisher Peak Lounge serves spirits and cocktails, and offers use of a pool table. The seasonal, bistro style 19th Hole Bar & Grill provides casual dining atmosphere that extends onto an outdoor patio with mountain views. Fred's Saloon is in the resort's casino and prepares wraps, soups, salads and sandwiches. A health club contains cardiovascular and weight training equipment, a dry sauna and a steam room. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs are open year round. The Casino of the Rockies contains 226 slot machines and an array of table games. The resort provides complimentary shuttle service to the nearby Readman Treatments Day Spa.

Guestrooms. The St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino offers 125 guestrooms, 25 that are housed in the original Mission building. Guestrooms afford views of the St. Mary River, the Hoo Doos, the championship golf course and the Purcell or the Rocky Mountains. Select accommodations feature vaulted ceilings, balconies and brick fireplaces. All guestrooms provide complimentary high speed Internet access.

Expert Tip. The Ktunaxa people have occupied the lands adjacent to the Kootenay and Columbia Rivers, and the Arrow Lakes of British Columbia for more than 10,000 years. The Ktunaxa Nation Council operates an interpretive centre within the St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino that displays artifacts and explains details of the history of these people. Admission to the center is by donation.
