The red brick, five story St. Regis Aspen Resort in Aspen, Colo., is tucked into Aspen Mountain's base, one block from the Mill Street and Copper Avenue pedestrian malls and two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola. Complimentary airport shuttle service and transportation throughout Aspen is available by request.
Hotel Features. A fusion of American and Mediterranean inspired fare is presented at Olives Aspen, which boasts an outdoor fire pit and an exhibition kitchen. Offerings include Pan Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops and Ancho Soy Braised Lamb Shank. This Todd English restaurant chain also offers cooking classes.
