| The Lodge and Spa at Breckenridge is located approximately 90 miles from Denver International Airport and five minutes from town center. Breckenridge Ski Resort and cross-country skiing are two miles away. Hotel amenities include- Top of the World restaurant (April 6pm to 9pm Wednesday to Sunday only) featuring Regional and American cuisine. The Lounge (April 4pm to 10pm Wednesday to Sunday only), Complimentary shuttle service (April 8am to 5pm daily), Spa (advanced booked appointments and based on availability), meeting facilities, wireless hotspots, nightly ski storage with boot warmers, free parking, business services, and mountain view hot tubs. All rooms have log beam accents, cable TVs, complimentary long distance within the United States, and Aveda toiletries. Some rooms have kitchenette and/or fireplaces. The property is dog friendly. The Luxury Homes are private 1,800 square foot log accented mountain homes, located adjacent to the Lodge & Spa at Breckenridge. As part of your stay each home comes complete with three bedrooms, three and half baths, full kitchen, living room, washer, dry and gas burning fireplace. Luxury Homes guests receive free long distance, discounts at the spa and Top of the World Restaurant and shuttle transportation in Breckenridge (winter only). We welcome our newest addition to our lodging family, a 3-bedroom/3 ½ bath luxury home located at The Lodge & Spa at Breckenridge. With over 1,800 square feet the Alpine House features accommodations with queen beds, master bathrooms, complete kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and private Jacuzzi (Jacuzzi coming soon). This log accented home is a mountain style retreat with amenities located at The Lodge & Spa at Breckenridge including indoor heated pool, Spa & Athletic Club access, daily complimentary continental breakfast, and shuttle transportation within Breckenridge (winter only).

| From Interstate 70 take exit 203 (Highway 9) and proceed south on Highway 9 through Frisco Colorado approximately ten miles to the town of Breckenridge. Drive south along Main Street until you reach the south end of Breckenridge. Turn left at Boreas Pass Road (last stop light in town) and continue two miles up the mountain until you see Overlook Drive on your right. Turn right on the second Overlook Drive entrance just past The Lodge & Spa sign. Note that the first entrance to Overlook Drive is an unpaved street maintained by the Town and we cannot insure its condition. |

Denver International Airport:
Arriving from Denver International Airport: From DIA (airport) go west on E 78th Ave toward Tibet St. Merge onto Pena Blvd. toward airport exit. Merge onto I-70 W via the exit on the left (about 80 miles). Take the CO-9 S exit, exit 203, toward Frisco/Breckenridge (about 9 miles). The directions given from mapquest and similar programs are not correct and will take you on a very difficult road. As you arrive in Breckenridge continue on Main St. until you reach the final stop light of the town. There will be a Conoco gas station on your right hand side. Take a left at this light, the sign will read Boreas Pass Rd. as well as Broken Lance Rd. Continue up Boreas Pass for 2.2 miles. The Lodge will be on the right hand side.
