The 14,000 foot majestic peaks of the San Juan Mountains surround this alpine hideaway located one scenic gondola ride from the historic town of Telluride, Colo., in the Telluride Mountain Village. Year round, The Peaks serves as a picturesque setting for recreational adventures in the Colorado Rockies. Skiers and outdoor enthusiasts alike can explore Telluride's popular ski haven or shop in neighboring Telluride where quaint Victorian charm meets the rugged Old West. Shopping and entertainment venues and golfing accommodations are also available on site.
The Peaks Resort and Golden Door Spa recreates distinctive rituals that harmonize mind, body, and spirit using natural ingredients found only in the fresh, alpine environment of the Rocky Mountain country. Other spa programs include an innovative Kid Spa for children 6 months to 11 years, a Doggie Spa, as well as a dazzling selection of outdoor activities throughout the seasons.

The Resort and Golden Door Spa offers on site Alpine and Southwestern influenced cuisine at Legends, while adjacent Appaloosa's hearty dinner fare caters to the public with private dining areas for groups. Guests can also meet up in The Great Room for lunch and cocktails in this atrium lobby lounge, a popular après ski stomping ground featuring comfy leather sofas perfect for viewing Mt. Wilson and spectacular sunsets.

At the Peaks Resort and Golden Door Spa, luxury rooms and suites showcase panoramic mountain views and ski in/ski out accommodations. Pet Policy:

The Wyndham Peaks Resort & Golden Door Spa charges a one time $150 non refundable fee. Each additional pet is $50. Maximum of two pets not to exceed 100 pounds total.

Driving Directions

From Telluride Regional Airport:
Exit the airport on Last Dollar Rd. When Last Dollar Rd. dead ends, make a sharp right turn onto CO 145 Spur and proceed for about one quarter mile. Turn left onto CO 145 and drive for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Mountain Village Blvd and drive for 2.5 miles to the hotel.
