Hotel Features. The Capital Hilton's lobby features mahogany pillars and richly patterned carpets. Twigs restaurant emphasizes seafood entrées in a casually stylish atmosphere with a partial glass atrium. The Statler Lounge reflects Art Deco details and serves libations and light fare. The wall behind the Presidential Ballroom's primary table is reinforced with six feet of concrete and steel, installed originally following World War II for the safety of seated government officials.
