Location. The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel is a self contained 1,500 acre resort in Orlando, Fla. The property is located six miles from Orange County Convention Center and is adjacent to Epcot and Walt Disney World Resorts. Complimentary shuttle services are offered to Walt Disney World theme parks, Wet 'n Wild water park and SeaWorld Orlando.
Hotel Features. The resort offers seven restaurants and lounges. Dining choices include seafood at Hemingway's, which displays sepia photographs of the famous Florida resident and author. On the Rocks provides casual, poolside drinks. Cascade Restaurant serves American cuisine and features a 35 foot bronze waterfall sculpture of a mermaid overlooking Lake Windsong. La Coquina is surrounded by water and allows guests an intimate dining experience in the chef's kitchen. La Coquina serves dinners only. Other on site restaurants include White Horse Bar & Grill, Palm Café and Trellises.

A 24 hour business center offers secretarial support services, office supplies and business equipment rental. High speed wired and wireless Internet access is provided in the 65,000 square feet of meeting space.

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress features a private lake, a golf academy, and four Jack Nicklaus signature designed golf courses totaling 45 holes. The grounds also include miles of tropical nature trails, sandy beaches, canoeing and sailing. A swimming area provides a half acre lagoon style pool with 12 waterfalls, grottos and three spa tubs. The hotel has a health club with 11 lighted tennis courts, a racquetball court and a basketball court. The health club also features an equestrian center, a salon providing facials, beauty services and massage therapy. A fitness center offers a sauna, steam room and lockers.

Guestrooms. With French balconies, the property's 750 guestrooms are topped with ceiling fans and decorated with tones of rose and sea green. Rattan and blonde wood furnishings offset bathrooms designed by Portico. The Regency Club includes an exclusive floor with concierge service and a private lounge offering breakfast, evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. High speed wired and wireless Internet access is available for a fee.

Expert Tip. Camp Hyatt, for kids ages five to 12, offers water and beach activities plus events such as decorating cookies, watching movies and exploring the paths surrounding the resort.
