Location. The 3.14 Hotel is 160 metres from the Mediterranean Sea in Cannes, France. The hotel is 300 metres from the Palais des Festivals. The Central Train Station and the marina are approximately one kilometre away. City Centre Cannes, Castre Museum and Museum of the Sea are less than two kilometres away.
Hotel Features. The hotel's Mahatma restaurant and bar serves Mediterranean cuisine influenced by various lands. The restaurant features textured tables, outdoor terrace seating and changing Murano glass lighting. The bar offers cocktails from around the world. The Boutik features items including jewels, bags and bathing suits. The rooftop terrace provides a bamboo forest and a waterfall. An outdoor pool, a hot tub, a massage cubicle and a bar are also located on the terrace. The hotel offers two private lounges. A private beach is provided.

Guestrooms. The 3.14 Hotel's five floors feature the scents, colours and sounds of the five continents: America, Oceania, Africa, Europe and Asia. Asia provides patchouli and jasmine scents, Zen inspired furnishings including geometric lines in dark wooden furniture, light fabrics, and a Buddha statuette. With scents of nutmeg, cinnamon and Damascus roses, Africa offers billowing curtains trimmed with pearls, beaded cushions, chiseled brass light fixtures, and carved tables. America includes bright colors, Pacific Ocean inspired walls, and scents of sequoias and cedar trees. In shades of pink and red, Europe provides rose and cedarwood scents and sparkling chandeliers. With a breeze bringing aromas of drying copra and coconuts, Oceania offers raffia blinds, light colored and lightweight fabrics, and coral reef décor. All rooms include private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. Flat screen televisions, DVD players, and high speed wired and wireless Internet access are provided. Rooms include minibars.

Driving Directions

SNCF national train services run to/from the airport every 30 minutes from Cannes. Taxis are readily available and charge around 30 EUR to the city centre. Taxi stands are located outside both terminals. Motorway tolls may be added to the fare. Regular public buses serve the area. Hiring a car is also recommended for exploring further.

Driving directions: From the airport, take the motorway in the direction of Cannes. Follow La Croisette, the famous coastal road, and take the first left before the Carlton Hotel.
