The modern Appart'City Cap Affaires Rennes Ouest is located in a leafy part of Rennes' Atalante Champeaux business park, two kilometers from the town center. Simple apartments and studios are decorated in cheerful blues and whites, with wood flooring. All have kitchenettes, sitting areas and work desks, cable television and telephones. Guests can opt for continental buffet breakfasts in the residence's breakfast room and take advantage of business services including high speed Internet access. Front desk staff are on hand to answer queries and there is a dry cleaning service. Guests arriving by car will appreciate onsite garage parking. Rennes Saint Jaques airport is 10 kilometers and a 15 minute journey from the vicinity of the hotel. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs about €15. The nearest metro stop to the hotel is Villejean Kennedy. By bus, take the number 10, from the Anatole France metro stop towards Atalante Champeaux, and get out at the Croix Rouge stop.
