With its simple white render and brick façade, the modern, three storey Appart'City Saint Gregoire is located in a quiet suburb three kilometers north of Rennes town center, close to a commercial center and with good public transport links.
Apartments feature light wooden furniture and simple modern décor. All have fully equipped kitchenettes, private bathrooms and living areas with work desks, satellite television, Internet connections and direct dial phones.

Guests can opt for continental buffet breakfasts each morning in the residence's breakfast room and relax in front of the television in the spacious lobby lounge. There is an information desk and dry cleaning and babysitting services are available. Guests with cars will appreciate secure parking on site. The residence is located near a commercial area with shops and supermarkets. Bus numbers 2 and 18 connect the residence with the town center. Rennes is 40 kilometers from Fougeres and Vitre and 100 kilometers from Saint Malo and the Breton coast. Rennes Saint Jacques Airport is 20 kilometers and about a 20 minute drive from the airport. A taxi from Rennes Airport will cost around 30 EUR each way.

Driving Directions

From the airport take the ring road north towards St
Malo. Take the first exit, St Georges. Follow the signs
to the 'LeClerc' supermarket and turn right at the
roundabout towards the town center. At he next roundabout
take a left by the Peugeot garage and follow the signs to
'Lycee Pierre Mendes France'. After 'Alcatel', turn left
into the hotel.
