From Lyon Saint Exupery Airport (LYS):

Getting there. Shuttle buses to the centre of Lyon leaves every 20 minutes between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. at bus stop 1. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes and single tickets cost 8.60 EUR. Take a train to Part Dieu station. From here a shuttle runs to Hotel Ariana for a surcharge. Taxis generally cost approximately 50 EUR Hotel Ariana, but prices are higher after 7 p.m. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Lyon city centre can easily be explored by foot. Over 85 bus lines and a metro system operate between Lyon and the surrounding areas. Tickets can be purchased at train stations, city kiosks, and vending machines, or from bus drivers. Taxis are available from ranks, and can also be hailed in the street.
