Built in 1978, the Hotel Bayerischen Hof is situated in the centre of the German town of Erlangen, 16 kilometres from historic Nuremberg. The 156 air conditioned guestrooms are spread over five floors and have simple decor with Bavarian style furnishings including desks. All guestrooms open onto balconies and modern amenities include high speed Internet connections, satellite television with pay movies, direct dial phones, refrigerators, clock radios, safes, minibars, and bathrooms with bathrobes, slippers and hair dryers.

Taxis are available at the airport. Trains are also available to Erlangen Station, which is 500 metres from the hotel.
