The Art 'Otel Potsdam is comprised of two buildings; a modern building of glass and steel beside an unusual former grain store built in the style of an Italian fort in 1843; both overlook the River Havel in Potsdam. Sanssouci Palace and Gardens are 1.5 kilometres from the hotel as is the Marble Palace. Potsdam Carlottenhof station is 300 metres from the hotel and Berlin Tegel Airport is 35 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 40 minutes.
