Location. Positioned across from the breakwater at Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii, the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort & Spa stands one block from the International Market Place. This property is located two blocks from the Waikiki Aquarium and five blocks from Kapiolani Park.
Hotel Features. A three story atrium boasts cascading waterfalls and tropical foliage, plus more than 60 oceanfront shops and restaurants. Dining options include Ciao Mein that specializes in both Chinese and Italian fare. Hyatt on the Beach offers sandwiches, snacks and shaved ice. Seafood, native specialties and kiawe wood grilled steaks are served by candlelight at The Colony. The Terrace Grill overlooks Waikiki Beach and serves buffet style breakfasts and à la carte menus. A poolside bar, The Elegant Dive, hosts nightly live traditional and contemporary music. Event space accommodates up to 1,000 people. Wireless Internet access is available in public areas for a fee. Na Hoola Spa offers 10,000 square feet of therapeutic treatment rooms, lounges and dry saunas. The complimentary Stay Fit with Hyatt fitness center contains cardiovascular equipment and offers weekday yoga classes. Guestrooms. This resort offers 1,229 guestrooms distributed among two 40 story towers. All accommodations extend onto private furnished balconies with ocean, city or Diamond Head views. Hyatt Grand Beds feature pillowtop mattresses draped beneath earth tone duvets and fine linens. Rooms are equipped with cable television, MP3 adaptors and wireless Internet access for a fee. Bathrooms boast granite countertops and are stocked with Portico toiletries. Rooms contain mini fridges and coffeemakers. Complimentary laptop compatible in room safes are provided.

Expert Tip. The Surf Academy is located on site. One hour private lessons are available for a fee. For an additional fee, a cameraman will record the lesson.

Approximate distance to the hotel is 12 miles.

Take IH 1 East.
Exit Nimitz Highway and follow the signs toward Waikiki.
Nimitz Highway becomes Ala Moana Boulevard.
Continue on Ala Moana Boulevard and merge onto Kalakaua Avenue.
Turn right onto Kalakaua Avenue.
Turn left onto Kaiulani Avenue.
Turn right onto Koa Avenue.
Proceed to Uluniu Avenue.
The hotel is located on the right.
