The Kona Bay Hotel of Uncle Billy's Hawaiian Family Resorts is a tourist class hotel strategically located only 11 miles southwest of the Keahole Airport. This oceanfront resort hotel and shopping village is Native Hawaiian family owned and operated for over 25 years. It is situated in the heart of Kailua Kona. This cozy property offers traditional Hawaiian décor coupled with full service hotel amenities and island style hospitality at affordable rates. The resort includes the largest shopping village in west Hawaii, filled with over 80 shops, activity desks and adventure outfitters.
Each of the 121 guestrooms are individually climate controlled. Standard bed configuration is one king or two double beds. All rooms have full window walls with sliding glass doors that open up to full private balconies or patios. Furnishings include nightstands with lamps, armoires, ceiling fans, refrigerators, cable TV, decorative mirrors and wall are. The 24 studio suites offer 1 king bed or two double beds. Efficiency kitchens include refrigerator, sink, microwave, two burner stove and coffee maker. A friendly and knowledgeable staff is available to assist you at all times. The hotel is just steps away from fine dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
