Location. Westin Chicago Northwest is in the Chancellory Business Park Itasca, Ill., three miles from the Schaumburg/Woodfield Business District. The hotel is less than two miles from Pirates Cove Theme Park. Woodfield Shopping Mall is five miles away.
Hotel Features. Westin Chicago Northwest is adjacent to a private lake, the site of more than 100 weddings a year. In the 12 story atrium lobby, Asian lions flank the entrance. The lobby has tables and taupe corduroy couches adorned with red pillows with Asian lettering. The hotel features Don Shula's Steakhouse and No Name Lounge, owned by Don Shula, the former coach of pro football's Miami Dolphins. No Name Lounge offers martinis and cigars. The white linen Don Shula's Steakhouse serves only certified Angus beef, fresh seafood and live Maine lobster.
