Two bedroom, 2 bathroom loft suite, living room area, full size kitchen, Upon entering your suite from your personal outside entrance, you will step into your living room area. Just inside the front door is a breakfast bar and full size kitchen with all major appliances and place settings for 4 people. Each room is equipped with a fireplace. In your downstairs bedroom you will find a king bed along with a desk with internet access. After walking up the open staircase, youll find the upstairs loft contains a queen bed, an additional TV, and full bathroom with outside vanity. Another alarm clock and phone are available upstairs, also. There is ample closet space both upstairs and down. This suite has a town-home look and with 840 square feet available, it is the perfect home away from home.

Signature King Suite
Signature Business Suite with 42" TV, I-Home alarm clock, and your own printer-copier. The Signature Suite is an upgrade from our traditional suites offering what every business person would need in a room. I-Home alarm clock for your I-Pod, free high speed Internet, portable phone, luxurious bath robe, and a pillow top mattress. The suite also includes an upgraded amenity package with turndown service, 24 hour front desk service, free local calls, daily newspaper, complimentary hot breakfast, and an evening social hour Monday thru Thursday.

- From the Des Moines International Airport turn right from airport onto Fleur Drive to stop light at Army Post Road. Continue South through next stop sign to Highway 5. Go west on Hwy 5 to I35. Take I35 North to the University Avenue exit. Turn right on University Avenue and take the first left at 114th street. Turn left on Forest Avenue, past McDonald's, and follow road to hotel.
