Set in a converted 19th century abbey belonging to the order of the Barefoot Carmelite Friars of Venice, the Abbazia Hotel is located in the Cannaregio district of Venice. The hotel is just 150 meters from Venice's main transport hub, the Santa Lucia railway station. Rooms have simple modern décor, with patterned fabric and original exposed beams. Many of the guestrooms have views onto the inner garden; all have cable television, and work desks with Internet connections.

There are scheduled bus services to Padua, Mestre and Venice. Venice Mestre railway station is connected to the airport by a bus service that runs every 0 minutes. The easiest way to get around Venice is on foot, by vaporetto (public transport), or water taxi.

You have to past the bridge Ponte della Liberta from main land to Venice t o arrive to Piazzale Roma. There you can find most of the public garages. Ou r hotel has a discount on the Garage San Marco. From there you can reach th e hotel by foot or by vaporetto the water bus # 82 or # 1 and get off at the 1st stop Ferrovia. Later the discount coupon will be delivered by your hotel.
