Hotel Features. Built by E.M. Statler in 1927, the Boston Park Plaza Hotel has hosted presidents, sports legends and famous entertainers. This property is a member of the Historic Hotels of America. Six on site restaurants include McCormick & Schmick's which serves an extensive seafood menu prepared from freshwater and saltwater fish. Celebrity Chef Todd English's steakhouse, Bonfire, features prime cuts of beef enhanced with European and Latin American influences.
