Location. The Allegro Playacar All Inclusive beachfront resort is located south of Playa del Carmen, Mexico's main shopping, dining and entertainment areas. Downtown Playa del Carmen is less than two kilometers from the resort.
Hotel Features. This Yucatan Peninsula property offers 10 thatch roof restaurants and bars that include buffet, Italian and Mexican eateries. Fast Eddies sports bar transforms into a discotheque by night. This resort offers computer rentals and high speed Internet access. Resort staff plans a variety of games and contests throughout the day and into the evening. Recreational amenities include water and land sports such as kayaking, sailing, boogie boarding and volleyball. Four soft surface tennis courts are lit to accommodate night play. The resort also rents bicycles. A concierge arranges tours to archaeological sites such as Tulum and Xel Ha, and schedules tee times and fishing excursions. An outdoor pool near the beach is surrounded by a sundeck and thatch roof palapas. A figure 8 shaped pool is designated as a relaxation pool.

Guestrooms. This all inclusive property offers 286 guestrooms that reflect Yucatan ambience with tile floors, cream colored walls, ceiling fans, light toned furnishings and Mayan paintings. Rooms are equipped wit satellite television. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and marble vanities. Rooms contain coffeemakers. In room safes are provided.

Take the airport access road to Highway 307 south.
Proceed through Playa del Carmen.
Take the second entrance into Playacar.
Turn right at the traffic circle.
The hotel is located on the left.
