Property Information
Location. Located in the center of Minneapolis, Minn., the Marriott City Center is linked to 62 blocks of shopping, dining and nightlife through the famous Skyway System. Target Center and the Block E Entertainment Complex are within two blocks of the hotel. Six blocks from the property is a walkway along the Mississippi river by St. Anthony Falls, called the Mississippi Mile. The Minneapolis Convention Center is one half mile away.
Hotel Features. The Marriott City Center is built around a diamond shaped atrium. The on site Northern Shores Grill serves Midwest regional cuisine with local flair while the Lobby Bar is a relaxing venue to meet for a drink. Flexible meeting space measuring 33,000 square feet is available along with a 24 hour business center. The hotel's 24 hour on site fitness center offers cardiovascular equipment and free weights.

Expert Tip. A two block walk from the hotel find guests in the Hennepin Theatre District home to the State Theatre, the Orpheum Theatre and the Pantages Theatre. The Hennepin Theatre Trust offers tours of the district at 1 p.m. on the last Monday of s each month. Tours offer an inside look into the tioning histories of one or more of these historic theatres such as the first artesian well driven air conditioning system in Minneapolis found in the State Theatre.
