The Best Western Hotel Du Casque is a former 15th century inn rebuilt in Art Deco style in 1930, overlooking the pedestrianised Vrijthof Square in Maastricht centre and 50 metres from a shopping centre. The 45 rooms feature soft tones with coordinating fabrics and wooden floors and furnishings. All come with complimentary toiletries, wireless Internet access, safes, minibars and cable TV with pay movies.
Guests can begin the day by browsing the free newspapers or plan sightseeing with assistance from the 24 hour desk. Laptop users can surf away with wireless Internet access throughout the hotel. Taxis to Maastricht from the airport take 15 minutes at an approximate cost of 25 EUR. Bus routes 51 and 61 run hourly to the city, taking 25 minutes.

Driving Directions

From Maastricht Airport take the Europalaan for six kilometres then take Vliegveld Maastricht onto the road A2 (changes to E25). Turn right onto local road. Turn left onto Statensingel, then immediately turn left onto Frontensingel. Turn right onto Maagdendries. Turn right onto Grote Gracht, then left onto Oude Tweebergenpoort. Keep straight onto Vrijthof then turn left onto Helmstraat.
