Property Information

Location. The Radisson SAS Resort Beitostolen is located in Beitostolen, Norway, just 50 metres from both downhill and cross country ski areas. Hiking tracks begin 100 metres from the hotel, which is located at an altitude of 900 metres.
Hotel Features. Radisson Beitostolen is a resort hotel with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, and a full activity programme for summer and winter. There is an indoor swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a sauna and spa and wellness centre offering massage and treatments. There is also fitness equipment. Internet access is available, and parking is complimentary.

The Beitostolen Restaurant specialises in smorgasbords, and Mogop Restaurant serves dishes from an a la carte menu in a traditional Norwegian setting. The casual café bar in the lobby has an open fire and serves drinks, snacks, and sandwiches. A complimentary breakfast is served daily.

There are seven meeting rooms on site, the largest accommodating up to 650 persons.

Activity programmes for children and adults are available. There are tennis and squash courts on site.

Guestrooms. The 114 guestrooms have mountain views and light modern decor with wooden furnishings, and blonde wood floors. Amenities include satellite television, direct dial phones, Internet access, and minibars. Bathrooms include hair dryers.

Expert Tip. The hotel can arrange for guests to spend the night in an ice cave.

Driving Directions

From Oslo Gardermoen Airport (OSL):
Distance to the Radisson SAS Resort Beitostolen is 240 kilometres, approximately 180 minutes' drive.

Getting there. It is possible to get a domestic flight from Oslo to Fagernes, which is 40 kilometres from Beitostolen. There are regular bus connections from Fagernes.

Getting around. Guests can ski straight out of the hotel. The immediate area can be explored on foot. Local buses are available. For exploring further afield, a car is needed.
