Location. The Latham Hotel is a European style boutique hotel located in the historic city center of Philadelphia, Pa. Independence Hall, the Pennsylvania Convention Center and Amtrak stations are all within one mile. Rittenhouse Square, two blocks away, is one of the original open space parks planned by William Penn in the late 17th century. The surrounding area of the park teems with shops and fine restaurants. Hotel Features. The hotel's Art Deco brick building sits on the corner of South 17th and Moravian. From Philadelphia International Airport:
Take 95 Northbound to Exit 22/Central Philadelphia.
Take I 676 West to Broad Street exit.
At the traffic light, turn right on Vine Street.
At the second light, 17th Street, turn left.
Follow 17th Street for approximately eight blocks.
The Latham Hotel is located on the left.
