Located on a hilltop overlooking the beach in Portugal's Algarve, the Best Western Hotel Maritim is a modern Mediterranean property with a gleaming white façade, set 700 metres from the marina and four kilometres from Albufeira centre. The 58 guestrooms, over four floors, feature light, modern decor with brightly patterned fabrics and wood furnishings. Driving Directions

A shuttle bus runs from the hotel to the airport. Alternatively taxis are available and cost approximately 50 EUR to the hotel. Trains and buses run between the major towns in the area.
Driving directions: From the airport take the EN125 in the direction of Portimão/Lagos and then the A22 (Via do Infante), exiting for Albufeira. Turn right at the first roundabout and right again at the third roundabout for São Rafael/Galé. Go over two roundabouts and take the first left for São Rafael. Turn right, continue up the hill, and the hotel is on the left hand side in front of the beach.
