Location. The hillside Hotel Tivoli Lagos is in the town of Lagos, Portugal, within two blocks of the Marina and two kilometres from Meia Praia beach. Lagos railway station is one kilometre away.
Hotel Features. Hotel Tivoli Lagos is a holiday village in landscaped grounds with tiled pathways, archways and staircases linking its nine buildings. There are two lounges with fireplaces and open fires in winter, and seating areas with white leather or orange banquettes.

Restaurants at the Hotel Tivoli Lagos include the Lacobriga, which offers guests a complimentary buffet breakfast. Decorated with white walls, terracotta floors and a brick ceiling, it hosts themed buffet dinners every night and has an Italian Corner in one section. Pateo Velho offers Portuguese specialities on its terrace and in its rustic indoor restaurant. The Lobby Bar has a snack menu and live music every night. The Pool Bar, open in summer, serves a burger lunch on its large terrace, and the Duna Beach Club Restaurant offers open air dining and drinks.

Outside, a central courtyard and a sundeck surround the Hotel Tivoli Lagos' two outdoor pools, one of which is for children. From Faro Airport (FAO):

Getting there. Taxis wait outside the airport, and cost approximately 65 EUR 80 EUR to Lagos, where the hotel is located.

Getting around. A car is recommended for exploring the Algarve region. Privately run buses connect many of the major resorts.

Driving directions. From Faro Airport take the EN 125 towards Portimao and Lagos.
Exit the EN 125 after five kilometres and take the IP1 until its end.
Follow signs to the EN 125 direction Portimao and Lagos.
At Lagos, cross the bridge and take the second exit, signposted Centre, from the roundabout.
Go straight on past the traffic lights at the second roundabout.
The Hotel Tivoli Lagos is 200 metres ahead, on the right hand side.
