Location. Fontana Park Hotel is set in a remodelled 20th century building in Lisbon, Portugal, adjacent to Saldanha Square and in front of Jose Fontana Park. Saldanha subway station is 350 metres away and Lisbon Airport is five kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. This design hotel features an interior winter garden with a waterfall, bamboo trees, and a lounge section where guests can sip cocktails or take snacks. Parking is available in a garage near Fontana Park Hotel for a surcharge.
Lunch and dinner are served at the Bonsai Restaurant, located next to the interior garden and serving a variety of Japanese dishes, and Sandanha Mar, which serves Portuguese dishes. A complimentary buffet breakfast is offered each morning.
Nine multipurpose, soundproofed rooms with air conditioning are available for meetings, and wireless Internet is available throughout the building (surcharge).

Getting there. Aerobus shuttle, number 91, runs between the airport, the city centre and the Cais do Sodre railway station every 20 minutes. Tickets cost 2 EUR for a single and 3.10 EUR for all day travel, and can be purchased on board. Public buses depart regularly for a variety of destinations in the city. A shuttle bus runs hourly to Estoril and Cascais, costing 8.50 EUR. Taxis cost 20 EUR to the hotel. There are extra fees for luggage and a 20 percent surcharge for night services. The hotel can organise airport transfers for a surcharge. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. An integrated tram, bus and metro system operates in Lisbon. Daily passes can be purchased for travel on public transport. Street elevators and funicular railways transport passengers to Lisbon's Barrio Alto. Ferries run between Lisbon and Cacilhas. Taxis are fairly inexpensive.
