The Scandic Lulea North is a modern, family friendly hotel built to high ecological standards, and located two kilometres north of Lulea city centre. This four floor property features 160 guestrooms decorated in warm earthy tones with wooden floors and Scandinavian style furnishings. All room interiors have been refurbished according to the hotel's environmental standards and 97% of materials are recyclable. All include satellite TV with pay movies, phones, trouser presses, clock radios and hair dryers. Bathrooms either have tubs or showers.
Health conscious guests benefit from complimentary use of the hotel's relaxation area where facilities include an indoor swimming pool and a fully equipped exercise room. After a workout guests can unwind in the sauna or work on their tans in the solarium. Driving Directions

Guests can take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. There is a bus service to the city centre from the airport. Lulea train station is 2 kilometres from the hotel. A car is recommended for getting around the region. Regular boat services operate from Lulea to many of the surrounding islands.
