Property Information

The three floor Connect Hotel opened in 2005 and is located in a residential area 35 kilometres from the centre of Stockholm. It features 85 guestrooms with cream and red decor and parquet flooring, all including air conditioning, wireless Internet and LCD televisions with satellite channels and pay movies.
Guests can explore the local area with the hotel's free to use bicycles or head for the onsite sauna. The hotel's multilingual staff provide an express check in service, safety deposit boxes and can arrange dry cleaning. Motorists will find ample free parking or the hotel can arrange an airport transfer. There is a complimentary Internet connection and business guests have the free use of the hotel's conference room. Guests can enjoy drinks and light snacks in the hotel's informal lounge area, with sofas, bar stools and dining tables and a large fire place. Steninge Palace is three kilometres away and the town of Sigtuna is 10 kilometres from the hotel. Stockholm Arlanda Airport is four kilometres away with an approximate driving time of four minutes.

Driving Directions

The hotel operates an on request shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. On arrival at the airport, guests should call the hotel directly using the number on the Booking Confirmation to arrange the pick up. The airport has three railway stations one for long distance destinations and two for frequent express trains to Stockholm. Taxis run from directly outside the terminals. When taking a taxi, passengers should speak to a taxi coordinator, found outside the terminal building. There are also bus stations outside terminals 2, 4 and 5. Stockholm also has an excellent T Banen subway system, as well as a bus and streetcar network. Taxi fares tend to be very expensive.
