Getting there. There is a taxi desk across from the information desk inside the main terminal building. Fares are approximately 24 GBP to Derby. The Skylink bus runs from the airport to the city centre and Nottingham train station, where trains can be caught to Belper. Buses leave every 30 minutes and cost 5 GBP for a single ticket. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Nottingham is served by a cheap and efficient tram network. A one day tram ticket costs 2.20 GBP and offers unlimited travel. An extensive bus network runs throughout Greater Nottingham. Cycling is popular for exploring the city and there are many cycle lanes in the city centre. Buses and trains run to other locations in the East Midlands.
