Driving Directions
From Birmingham International Airport (BHX):
Distance to Colmore Place is 10 miles, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. A free Skyrail monorail runs every couple of minutes from Terminal 1 to Birmingham's International train station. Black cabs are available 24 hours a day from an official rank in front of the airport passenger terminals. The fare to the city centre is approximately 18 GBP. Shuttles run every 30 minutes into the city centre. Buses link the surrounding areas to the airport. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. There is an extensive bus and train network in Birmingham city centre, and a tram runs between Birmingham and Wolverhampton. The centre can easily be explored by foot.
