Location. The Barceló Buxton Palace Hotel is located in Buxton, England, within 500 metres of the town centre and train station. Manchester and Sheffield are within 30 miles, and Derby is at a 35.5 mile distance.

Getting there. The easiest way to reach the hotel from the airport is by hire car or taxi.

Getting around. Buxton's historic centre can be explored on foot. A car is advisable for travelling further afield.

Driving directions. From the airport, turn right onto Ringway Road (B5166).
Continue onto Styal Road (B5166).
At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A538.
At the next roundabout take the second exit onto the Handforth Bypass (A34).
Turn left onto Chelford Road (A537).
At the roundabout take the third exit onto the Silk Road (A523).
Turn left onto Buxton Road (A537).
Head onto the A54.
Turn left onto the Leek Road (A53).
Turn left into Palace Road.
