The County Hotel is housed in a 16th century listed Tudor building on Canterbury's High Street with its shops, cafes and restaurants, 350 metres from the Cathedral. The 73 guestrooms have modern decor or Tudor, Georgian and Colonial designs and include satellite television, Internet connections, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary bottled water, bathrobes, slippers, and hair dryers.
Guest can indulge in traditional cream teas and home made cakes in the Tudor style brasserie, or enjoy fine dining in Sully's restaurant. Driving Directions

Taxis are available from the airport arrival terminal and cost approximately 15 GBP to the hotel. Alternatively, trains go from the airport to Canterbury East or West, both of which are 800 metres from the hotel. From the M20, take the Junction 7 exit onto the A249. Join the M2 at Junction 5. Take the Junction 7 exit and follow signs for Canterbury. Turn left onto Castle Street at the Habitat roundabout. Take the first left into Rosemary Lane, then right into Stour Street and follow on to the hotel car park.
