The Hilton Isle of Man is a three storey beachfront hotel overlooking the promenade and Douglas Bay. The hotel is home to its own casino and lies a mile from Snaefell Mountain Railway. The 136 guestrooms all include satellite television, Internet connections, tea and coffee making facilities, and bathrooms with telephones and bathrobes.
Guests receive free membership to the hotel casino (valid ID required), which offers a choice of roulette, blackjack, stud poker and brag, as well as 150 Vegas style slot machines and cash prize bingo. The casino has its own bar and restaurant, and a small café area. Other dining options around the hotel include the Paragon Restaurant, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also serves cream teas and Sunday brunch, and the Colours Promenade Bar, a vibrant space offering big screen entertainment, dancing and dining on the promenade level. With its heated indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, solarium, three saunas and two gyms, the hotel's health centre offers plenty of opportunities for toning up and relaxation; access is complimentary and children are permitted to swim in the pool under parental supervision. Those in need of some extra pampering can visit the hair salon, and motorists will find complimentary parking facilities on site. Staff at the front desk can advise on local sightseeing opportunities, such as the Manx Museum, one mile away, and Rushen Abbey, ten miles from the hotel. Douglas Ronaldsway Airport is 12 miles away, and can be reached in around 20 minutes by car.

Driving Directions

Taxis are available and will cost around 20 EUR from the airport to the hotel. The Victorian Steam Railway runs from Douglas to the south of the island and the Victorian Electric Tramway runs from Douglas to the north. Buses cover the whole of the island.
