Set in award winning gardens, the Thistle Hotel is located opposite the world famous Shakespeare and Swan theaters, located in the center of the town of Stratford Upon Avon. The 63 guestrooms traditional English style décor, with wooden furniture and floral fabrics. Driving Directions

Skyrail runs every two minutes from Terminal 1, and links the airport directly to Birmingham International Train Station, where guests can catch a train to Stratford Upon Avon. Black cabs provide a 24 hour service from the official rank outside the airport passenger terminals. Local buses link the airport to the surrounding district. The center of Stratford Upon Avon is small enough to be explored on foot, although the town does have a good bus service. A car is needed for exploring the surrounding villages.
Driving directions from Birmingham Airport: From the M40 junction 15, follow the A46 to Stratford. At the roundabout follow the A439 to Stratford centre. At the roundabout turn left into High Street, then take the second left into Chapel Lane. The hotel is 100 yards further on the right.
