, Fuente Osmena (tel 032/253 4327). This friendly chicken chain is ubiquitous in the Philippines. Fuente Osmena is an interesting area to stroll around at night, with plenty of other restaurants, hotels and bars.
Our Place
, Corner of Pelaez Sreet and Sanchiangko (tel 032/254 7916). Friendly hangout of the Cebu male expat community. Less popular with women and locals, although that's not to say they won't be made welcome. Steaks, curries and burgers for around P100 and San Miguel for P30. Info from the barflies on everything from diving to collecting seashells.
